Location: A serene retreat center located on the Cumberland Plateau just outside McMinnville, TN.
Position: Full or part time Warehouse, Inventory, and Sales Floor Associate for a retail and E-commerce operation.
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: Compensation package based on applicant's skills and experience.
Job Overview: Seeking full or part time employee to fill, pack, and ship orders for our e-commerce website and maintain the overall operation of our warehouse. Warehouse inventory management and warehouse maintenance. Also support the stocking and maintenance of our onsite retail sales floor.
Position duties include but are not limited to:
-Fulfill daily orders and shipping from our e-commerce website.
-Receive incoming orders and maximize warehouse space efficiency
-Maintain warehouse inventory
-Assist in a variety of tasks supporting the retail sales floor
Qualifications:
-High School diploma or GED required
-Licensed driver
-Basic computer skills
-Forklift Certified (can train upon hiring)
-Ability to take instruction and work with a team
-Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis
- Candidate should have physical fitness to handle moving and lifting boxes multiple times throughout the day
