- Participates in installations and start-up assistance for new installation and equipment modifications- Discovers methods of improving efficiency and ensure quality standards, as an individual and part of a team- Communicates with other shifts, operators, and technicians to give and receive updates on equipment status- Interpret blueprints and schematics, implement methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining production facilities, systems and equipment- Performs Preventive, Predictive, Project and Reactive maintenance on all equipment - Performs routine diagnostic checks on automated systems and equipment collecting equipment performance data for early diagnosis of potential system and/or equipment malfunction- Reacts quickly to down equipment and evaluates the issues with effective troubleshooting and analysis of data. Determines root causes of issue, determines necessary repair, and executes/expedites repair and recovery to restore equipment to safe and efficient operational status- Maintains accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored- Inputs appropriate work order and equipment repair data into the maintenance management system, as appropriate to assigned tasks- Rebuilds, repairs and reassemble machines and equipment About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
