Perform functions of Contract Control, Certificated Cotton Procedures, and serve as backup for Cooperative Processing.Primary Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsEnter all domestic purchase and sale contract data thoroughly and accuratelyProduce and review formal contract and pricing documents to be distributed to contract counterpartiesExecute contract receiving and delivery processes as it relates to the Cotton No. 2 Futures ContractCreate SOP’s to serve as training manuals for all processesCross train as back-up to Domestic Execution Coordinator with processes related to ProCot CooperativeVerify quality assurance (data-check) for incoming purchase invoicesReview open contract balances periodically to ensure accuracy of daily position and month end valuationsTest new development or system enhancements on behalf of the department to ensure requirements are metTrain on Merchant-to-Merchant sale processesTrain on fundamentals of price chart creation in relation to formal contract termsAssist with documenting requirements and testing automation development for manual processes; provide suggestions for improvements to current processesPerform all related responsibilities as required
