Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in the insurance industry, located in Franklin, Tennessee. The role will involve supporting key functions and campaigns across the organization, with a focus on data accuracy and business intelligence.Responsibilities: Collaborate with various teams to support growth initiatives, including the development of reporting and dashboards for senior leadership. Ensure the accuracy of reporting by maintaining and troubleshooting dashboards, investigating and resolving issues as they arise. Work on campaigns related to sales, marketing, and customer experience to ensure proper data alignment and accurate targeting. Develop a deep understanding of the organization's data pipelines and tables, with an emphasis on sales trends. Work closely with both business and technical teams to optimize the use of data. Develop expertise in growth analytics and contribute to driving growth strategy within the sector. Become a subject matter expert in the organization's data pipelines and tables, focusing specifically on sales trends and disenrollments. Collaborate with various teams including sales, marketing, and customer experience to ensure proper data alignment and accurate targeting. Partner with technical teams such as data engineering and data analytics to optimize data use. Develop an understanding of the Medicare Advantage growth analytics and contribute to the growth strategy in this sector. Requirements Possess strong skills in analytics and data interpretation Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and software Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its business processes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is desirable.
