Success within our diverse range of clients requires the ability to adapt and perform in a wide variety of technology-driven project environments and you will position CapTech for additional opportunities to serve clients by building deep relationships and ensuring exceptional deliverySpecific responsibilities for the Technical Project Manager position may include, but are not limited to:  Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements.Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project. Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project. Seeks and develops relationships with key stakeholders by immersing themselves in client cultureSeeks and develops relationships with key stakeholders by immersing themselves in client culture
