Westgate Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Excursion Captain to lead and manage our resort's adventure and tour activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, have extensive knowledge of local attractions, and possess strong leadership skills.As Adventure & Excursion Lead, you will:Plan, organize, and lead a variety of excursions and activities for resort guests, ensuring safety and enjoymentProvide informative and engaging commentary during tours, sharing knowledge about local history, culture, and points of interestEnsure all excursions comply with safety regulations and company policiesTrain and supervise excursion staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalismHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with the resort’s management team to develop new and innovative excursion offeringsMaintain and manage excursion equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working conditionKeep accurate records of excursion bookings, attendance, and guest feedbackAssist in marketing and promoting excursions to guests, maximizing participation and revenueTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
