We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our resort operations and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities while providing exceptional service to our guests.As Engineering Manager, you will:Oversee all aspects of engineering and maintenance operations for the resort, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system, structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildingsDevelop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of resort facilities and equipmentCoordinate with resort management and other departments to prioritize maintenance projects and ensure timely completion within budgetary constraintsRequisition tools, equipment, and suppliesInspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standardsStudy production schedules and estimate workers hour requirements for completion of job assignmentsInterpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulationsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
