Maintains grounds of property and related duties.As Grounds Person, you will:Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily workEmpty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as neededDispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containersPick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highwaySweep curbs and sidewalksClean grounds and remove litterEmpty trash cans in the public area buildingEmpty dumpstersOperate trash compactorBreak down cardboard items and places in appropriate containersLeave work area in a clean, neat and safe conditionTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
