As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by providing assistance with a variety of tasks, such as cleaning guest rooms, stocking storage closets, and responding to guest requests. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel premises are clean and well-maintained.Clean and maintain guest rooms, including stripping of units, changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture.Pick up dirty linen around the property, place all items in a central area for delivery to Laundry and out of guest view.Clean front entrances to the units (doors, light fixtures, walkways) maintaining a neat and clean appearance for all buildings.Clean walkways, stairways, railings, elevators, corridors and public areas.Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.Assist with projects as needed.Other duties may be assigned.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
