Security Officers act as an instrument of corporate policy in the execution of the CFI, Inc. Safety and Security Program. This is accomplished through an impartial and consistently cooperative effort on behalf of uniformed team members and management.
As a Security Officer, you will:Provide the initial response to all incidents of a Police, Fire or Medical nature and act accordingly within the scope of duties as a Security OfficerManage entry and exit control points at designated propertiesConduct safety inspections as directed by policy and established procedureMaintain individual Security activity records, checklists and logsWrite detailed and accurate incident reports as required using computer skills and emailsRespond to basic service requests and perform preventative maintenance on the electronic guest room security system and in-room electronic safes if applicablePerform traffic control and parking enforcement duties as requiredRespond to any security related complaints and take appropriate actionsAssist public safety officers in the performance of their duties as requested and/or requiredPerform any other task, requested by management, within the scope of corporate policiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
