Job DescriptionAn employer in the Goodlettsville area is looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join their team to help during the peak season.This person will help process maintenance requests for 19,000+ flagship stores. Each week the team escalates around 7,000maintenance requests via email and through the internal ticketing system. The maintenance requests that are coming in are regardingHVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical issues, etc. Once the request has been processed and routed, this person would assign theappropriate vendor to come make the repair.
