My client is a large trucking and logistics company. This job is in the Logistics Division. The Director of Regional Sales reports to VP of Sales. You can live in Greenville, TN area.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
10+ yrs of transportation/Logistics/supply chain industry experience.
Proficiency with I.T. system use with CRM, Microsoft Office, TMS, Power BI, Score carding.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Enterprise sales allowed.
Education / Experience:
BA or equivalent in a related business, sales, marketing, logistics, management, or related areas.
Minimum 7-10 years of related experience.
Extensive knowledge of transportation and supply chain.
Job Requirements:
7+ Yrs – Brokerage Sales is the Must Have item along with supervising sales executives & track record of selling and managing large accounts. Also, you can sell standard trucking (2 person teams), dedicated carriage, warehouse & distributions transportation. These asset-based systems can be taught if needed.
Enterprise sales is allowed.
Pay / Benefits:
Salary Range - $130k - $140K per year
Commissions:
You get 50% on the commissions of clients you inherit.
Your commissions average between 15% - 25% over base income 1st year.
Your commissions average between 50%-60% over base for the 2nd - 3rd years. Commissions are “evergreen” or residual.
Additional finders’ fee or commission depending on work done. Commission is also paid on success of direct reports.
