This person will oversee our preventive maintenance program & MRO inventory control systems at the Jackson TN facility. This person will work directly with production, quality, engineering, and management personnel to improve the overall effectiveness of this facility. This person will report to the Maintenance Manager.Position Responsibilities:Maintain our preventive maintenance program while developing continuous improvements to reduce downtime & increase production uptime.Improve & maintain our Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time completion of preventive maintenance work orders.Manage capital projects using a structured method to achieve optimum investment decisions, as well as achieving an efficient and successful delivery of projects.Develop & implement plans to improve safety, appearance and overall cost effectiveness of these operations.Closely monitor assigned budgets and make the necessary changes to stay within company goals.Maintain discipline in issuing items from our tool crib to ensure MRO inventory accuracy and eliminating or reducing unnecessary waste.Oversee building & grounds maintenance, as well as material handling equipment maintenance.Supervise our utility & janitorial personnel.
