Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Trainer who is bilingual in Spanish to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our manufacturing workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. When training is not needed, this employee will complete assembly related tasks in a manufacturing environment.Your primary responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, creating instructional materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. You will collaborate with management to improve overall productivity.
