Job SummaryWithin our Compressors & Air Tools division, we are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to play a vital role in supporting our sales team. This dynamic position involves collaborating closely with our Sales Leadership and Account Management teams to contribute to the development of line reviews, presentations, and margin analysis preparation, as well as product quotations. You will be responsible for maintaining essential calendars and overseeing promotional schedules. Join us and make a significant impact on our sales operations.Principle ResponsibilitiesSchedule, prepare documentation, and moderate bi-monthly revenue call with sales leadershipMaintain profile and contracts for all sales agencies.Processing and monitoring sales requests for product samples and images, working closely with Product Managers.Assisting Customer Service in resolving order fulfillment issues by liaising with the Sourcing Group and customers.Maintain an active repository for all customer promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing programs.Manage meeting schedule, documentation, and moderation of OTIF (On Time in Full) meeting monthlyAssist Sales at trade shows, including booth setup, teardown, and representing MAT as a Sales Representative when necessary.Capture and analyze customer point of sale (POS) data, inventory levels, price points, store counts, and rate of saleBuild and maintain customer profiles for all major customersAnalyzes multiple data points for sales trends, changes, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain POS daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all significant aftermarket customersCreate a POS dashboard to distribute monthlyArticulate and present POS observations to multiple levels within the organizationPrepare forecasting templates to be used by all departmentsCapture and analyze customer point of sale (POS) data, inventory levels, price points, store counts, and rate of saleBuild and maintain customer profiles for all major customersAnalyzes multiple data points for sales trends, changes, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain POS daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all significant aftermarket customersCreate a POS dashboard to distribute monthlyArticulate and present POS observations to multiple levels within the organizationPrepare forecasting templates to be used by all departmentsGenerating reports for the sales and marketing departments, including inventory, sales, and purchasing data for customers.Occasional travel to MAT sites and customer locations, up to 25% annually.Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
