Job SummaryThis person will be responsible for the upkeep of company premises & equipment while maintaining a clean & safe work environment.Principle ResponsibilitiesPromote safe work practices by following company safety policies.Must be able to operate powered industrial vehicles: aerial, boom, scissor and platform lifts.Performs minor electrical maintenance using appropriate hand, power, and specialty toolsPerforms plumbing installation and repairsPerforms carpentry work related to facility and building maintenancePrepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipmentPerform emergency repairs in order of urgency and in a timely mannerPerform outside maintenance, including light snow removal, salting, etc.Maintain all tools in good working order and adhere to tool controlReceive and follow maintenance / facilities instructions from the supervisorPerforms all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the department’s policies and proceduresParticipates as a safety member
