Omni Visions is a multi-state placement agency that specializes in providing services for adults and children. Responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the case management staff who are responsible for all aspects of service delivery for clients placed in their caseload. This position directs the work of others to ensure job performance is in compliance with Omni Vision’s policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, federal, local and state regulations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social services, human services or related field required for foster care services oversight.
Minimum of three years’ experience working with developmentally, intellectually and/or physically disabled individuals or special needs children and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
