Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and professionalism. This facility will serve as the primary distribution hub for GeoBubble pool covers, responsible for welding, cutting, folding, boxing, and shipping products to wholesalers and distribution centers nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Train, mentor, and oversee future warehouse staff.
Box, package, and ship all online orders with precision and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Monitor inventory levels for shipping supplies and ensure timely reordering.
Guarantee all products are packaged to the highest standard and shipped on schedule.
Operate forklifts with expert-level skill to move and manage inventory.
Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to optimize warehouse operations.
Collaborate with leadership to meet growth and operational goals.
