All About Blinds offers a large selection of custom Hunter Douglas window treatments. We proudly serve upper Northeast Tennessee in the Tri-Cities of Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol, and the surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius, including Greeneville, TN and Abingdon, VA. Rob and the All About Blinds Team are active in the community supporting [Summit Leadership,]{.underline} [4thir]{.underline}[TEEN]{.underline}[, Habitat for Humanity,]{.underline} Battle of the Build, [Tennessee Kids Belong, and a variety of Veteran Service Organizations. Completing measuring worksheets to facilitate accurate customer orders and custom installations
Operating full-size work vans
Operating cordless drills, hand tools, measuring devices, ladders, and occasional scaffolding
[Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with]{.underline} customers and other teammates

Valid drivers license
Good communication skills
Ability to learn Hunter Douglas products and installation procedures
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Compensation:
Hourly based salary[.]{.underline} W2 [employee]{.underline}
$15-$18 per hour depending on experience
Healthcare insurance monthly stipend
