Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nightly cleaning operations across the entire campus facility
Train cleaning staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet cleanliness expectations
Assign cleaning areas and responsibilities to team members
Provide coverage for absent employees as needed
Ensure completion of floor care and special cleaning projects
Perform cleaning tasks as necessary to maintain facility standards
Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift, actively participating in cleaning and oversight
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial cleaning or facility management preferred
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
