Williams Door Company is seeking an additional Customer Service person for customer support with garage door products, data entry of customer details along with service and installation data entry.
Specific Duties Include:
Assisting call-in customers with service issues, recommending appropriate products for replacement or new installation
products
Assisting walk-in customers with replacement parts, assist with new products and the appropriate products for
replacements or new installation products
Data entry of service and installation tickets
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
Coordinating customer pick-up with warehouse
Scheduling service tickets and installation tickets to ensure our techs arrive on time and that our customers are
completely satisfied
Specific Qualifications Include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude, team player, must work well with others
Detail and service-oriented
Must be able to talk with new people
