The purpose of this job is to investigate and resolve incidents of liability claims presenting exposure to the company.In this role you will: Investigate incidents presenting exposure to the companyManage, document, analyze, negotiate, and settle claims for resolutionManage and control claim-related documentation including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) related informationEvaluate and settle liability claims within adjuster independent settlement authorityManage litigation to obtain favorable outcome and resolutionResolve customer claims while minimizing potential for conflictFocus on loss prevention and hazard elimination during claims handling and propose initiatives to proactively minimize risksProcess subrogation claim on property damage in cases of the company as a collateral sourceProvide reserve recommendation for internal claims and budgeting purposesResolves conflicts with claims in collaboration with senior or more tenured adjuster
