The purpose of this position is to provide assistance and support with analysis and research on various projects undertaken by the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to provide the company and senior leadership with the information needed to make informed business decisionsFinancial Planning and ForecastingDevelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyze historical financial data to predict future performance and identify trends.Budget ManagementCollaborate with department heads to create detailed budgets.Monitor budget adherence and recommend adjustments to address variances.Performance AnalysisProvide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast).Identify drivers of financial performance and propose actionable recommendations to improve profitability and/or optimize performance vs. budget/forecast.Strategic Decision SupportSupport senior leadership by delivering insights for strategic decision-making, such as cost optimization, pricing strategies, or investment opportunities.Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses to assess potential outcomes of business decisions           Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and deliver clear, concise financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries.Ensure accurate and timely reporting in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
