Job DescriptionKelly Services is now hiring for call center representatives in Knoxville!Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent quality customer service and do everything possible to resolve matter to caller satisfaction within client guidelines
Making outbound calls to customers on behalf of assigned clients
Adhere to company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals
