job detailsAs a Customer Service Representative specializing in payments, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various payment-related inquiries, concerns, and transactions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless payment processes, resolving payment-related issues, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.salary: $16 - $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding payment-related inquiries, including but not limited to billing, account balances, payment methods, transaction status, and payment processing.

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using designated payment systems or platforms, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing errors, and payment disputes in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address payment-related concerns, provide payment reminders, and offer solutions to facilitate successful payment transactions.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, payment transactions, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.

Educate customers on payment options, payment terms, late fees, and any applicable penalties, ensuring clarity and understanding to promote compliance and timely payments.
