Digital Product OwnerClick Here toApply OnlineJob DescriptionJoin Pilot Flying J as a Digital Product Owner!The purpose of this job is to represent the company’sbusiness and brand through the development and management of digital assetsused in marketing delivery.Responsibilities:·Ownership of content and creative placed on the digitalproperties including mobile app, website, and customer and guest portalsensuring an exceptional user digital experience·Drive successful business operations through thecompany’s digital properties·Liaise between departments in promoting the businessthrough the utilization of digital assets including customer portal, loyaltyportal, WiFi portal, the company’s website and mobile app·Project management for development of digital assets anddigital asset projects including management of digital development company·Report on digital efforts against KPIs established fordigital assets and marketing campaign·Ensure all digital properties are in alignment with thecompany’s brand standards·Manage costs associated with product development fordigital properties·Model behaviors that support the company’s commonpurpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level·Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules,regulations, policies and procedures·Complete other duties as assignedRequirements:·Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relatedfield required·Minimum two years’ experience in digital marketingrequired·Minimum two years’ experience in digital contentmanagement systems, mobile optimized websites, and mobile app required·Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required·Basic knowledge of website, app development, and contentmanagement system (CMS) management·Understanding of measurement tools (Adobe Analytics,BrightEdge, and Google Analytics)·Highly organized with attention to detail·Creativity and innovation·Strong time management skills with the ability to handlemultiple project simultaneously·Internal and external networking and relationshipbuilding·Budgeting and planning skills·Ability to identify branding guidelines·Ability to communicate to diverse audiences5508 Lonas RdKnoxvilleTN
