Description We are in search of a Financial Transaction Payment Processor to join our dynamic team in KNOXVILLE, Tennessee. As a vital member of our team, your role would be centered around managing customer transactions, maintaining meticulous records, and resolving any inquiries related to customer accounts. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Closely monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required Use Accounting Software Systems to manage and organize data Manage Computerized Billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Carry out essential Accounting Functions as part of daily tasks Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, ensuring all payments are accounted for Respond promptly and professionally to Answering Inbound Calls Oversee Payment Processing and Posting Payments to the correct accounts Process Refunds and manage Refund Checks and Refund Requests in a timely manner Perform Loan Servicing tasks, utilizing Fiserv software as necessary.For immediate consideration please contact Lisa Coker at 865-370-2084 to set up an interviewRequirements Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory. Experience with Computerized Billing is required. Must have a working knowledge of various Accounting Functions. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential. Should be comfortable Answering Inbound Calls. Proven experience in Payment Processing is needed. Posting Payments should be within the candidate's skill set. Ability to Process Refunds efficiently. Experience with handling Refund Checks is a significant advantage. Dealing with Refund Requests should be a familiar task. Knowledge of Loan Servicing is highly desirable. Experience working with Fiserv will be considered an asset.
