PURPOSE:Produces the graphic design elements of survey packages and art requests. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Generates computer drawings for site plans.Generates computer drawings for interior floor plansDevelops photo overlays for survey packages.Translates design concepts into production art files for transmittal to printers.Interfaces with Project Managers and Team Manager on requirements for each drawing.Provides revisions to the drawings when requested by the customer.May work directly with SBU Project Managers to secure required information to complete site plans or brandbook.Is responsible for the accuracy of the drawings of site or floor plans, quality checking each prior to submitting to Project Manager.Follows the graphics standards as set for the department and projects assigned.Provides miscellaneous artwork as required for projects assigned.Performs other assignments as required.Complies with all rules, policies, and procedures of Principle.Supports Principle’s safety goals and objectives.Provides high quality work.Produces high volume of work to meet project schedules.Remains reliable and dependable relative to punctuality and attendance during work hours.
