Looking for a self-motivated person for a unique role. I am seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to help a small business owner who manages rental properties. This position starts at 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as needs and business grows.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks (in-home or at rental) and assist with occasional outside work when necessary.
Make phone calls and manage communications (texts, calls, emails, ect).
Handle invoice payments and monthly bills.
Care for two small dogs, including walking, bathing and feeding.
Occasionally prepare meals and manage food-related tasks.
Address tenant inquiries and manage rental issues through AirBNB and VRBO.
Use Google Docs and Google Sheets effectively.
Learn about and assist with short-term rental management (Airbnb).
Collaborate with the owner on various tasks, including media content creation and research.
Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and schedules, with work hours and days scheduled one week in advance.
Travel with the owner as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
Comfortable with occasional labor-intensive tasks.
Ability to work closely with the owner (myself).
Experience or interest in social media and content creation is a plus.
Flexible with an optimistic attitude.
