job detailsRandstad has several openings for Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians. Base hourly pay starts out at $22/hr + based on experience. Average work weeks range from 40-60 and can include weekends. We have all three shifts available and with several of our position you must be open to rotating shifts every 3 months. Individuals must have at least one year of manufacturing/industrial/plant experience and/or a vocational/technical certificate. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
Installing new production equipment
Preventative maintenance including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment
Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines
Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools
Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area
Preparing and submitting maintenance reports
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
