We have the position for you!What you will do:1. Interface with governing agencies to assess entitlement, permitting, and zoning requirements2.  Arrange and assess civil design, geotechnical, and environmental investigations and provide cost effective direction to consultants based on assessment findings3.  Layout new property and collaborate with design team to complete civil, fuel, and architectural packages4.  Review design details with consultant team, operations, and executive management team5.  Establish and monitor project budgets6.  Support construction team in contractor bid process7.  Coordinate equipment purchases including quote solicitation, obtaining purchase orders, and scheduling deliveries8.  Manage facility remodel, major maintenance, and catastrophic damage projects9.  Present construction projects to government agencies and residents when appropriate; field and respond to arguments against company development initiatives10.  Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level11.  Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
