The purpose of this job is to provide support and repair coordination for all facility related issues at travel center locations, and to assist manager with the day-to-day operations of the Regional Facility Services department.Communicate with Regional Facility Services technicians, facility specialists, and store team members to ensure timely repair of facility issues at company sites in a cost-effective mannerCoordinate RFS monthly store visits and dispatch work ordersFollow-up on facility assessments and national projects to ensure project completionCoordinate with Service Technician dispatch teams to resolve issues in-house and minimize downtime and costsCoordinate emergency equipment requests and dispatch service repairsFollow-up on facility assessments and national projects to ensure project completionReview workforce management to ensure team members payroll submissions are accurate and escalate discrepanciesReconcile RFS purchase card and Home Depot transactions; allocate charges to correct accounting unitsPlan and schedule meetings, conferences, and teleconferencesBe flexible for calls after hours, holidays and weekends as neededModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned
