The purpose of this job is to perform routine activities related to employee relations, policy and compliance matters.In this role you will:Assign, monitor and investigate team members and guest complaints; escalate when necessaryMonitor and review background and MVR results; escalate when necessaryResolve common team member operational questions and concerns; escalate when necessaryCollaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to resolve team member and guest issuesCompile document requests as they relate to employee relations, DOL, EEOC and litigation threats
