The Senior Manager of Business Planning is a key leader within the Strategy Realization team who will drive the implementation of an annual strategic planning process, conduct analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, and lead a team of strategic and innovative thinkers.Drive the annual planning process ensuring timelines and deliverables are metDevelop and implement planning standards, templates and tools while working to consolidate and analyze throughout the planning cycleSupport the effort to define, categorize and ultimately realize the top priorities that impact the businessDevelop, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvementFoster collaboration and communication among various internal teams driving cross-functional alignment on the company’s goalsPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key performance metrics and progress toward business goalsDevelop and lead a team of direct reportsEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned
