Archer's BBQ Smokehouse on Rutledge Pike in East Knoxville is looking for an experienced line cook to join our team!
Duties include:
Reading and communicating order tickets with all kitchen staff
Running a fry station
Running a hot and cold side station
Keeping stations organized, stocked, and sanitary
General dish washing, sweeping, and mopping
This position will be hourly with 35-45 hours per week @ $12- $13 an hour.
No BBQ experience necessary, this position will not be in charge of smoking meats but may include pulling or slicing and plating of Pork, Chicken, and Beef.
