QUALIFICATONS:
At least 3 years of residential cleaning experience with a company OR 1 year of independent Short Term Rental cleaning experience.
Verifiable references /employment history
Valid Driver's License
You will need your own cleaning supplies, equipment (we'll provide the list), and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check at contractor’s expense
Open availability (especially 10am-4pm) is a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES:
Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental or residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Launder linens and towels as needed – in most cases, this will be done at home and returned on the next visit
Sweep porches and patios
Follow our established cleaning checklist and protocols
Use a mobile app to check in and out, receive job info, upload before & after photos, and report any issues
