First Watch Daytime Café is expanding in East Tennessee and Asheville, North Carolina.
We have 3 restaurants in Chattanooga, 4 in Knoxville, 1 in Johnson City, and our 1st on the way in Asheville.
With this growth, we are looking to have a GM candidate on our bench in the Knoxville market.
We are a hands-on company that believes in taking care of our employees and our customers first. Daily operations are from 7:00 to 2:30, No Nights Ever! We serve fresh prepared food in well maintained restaurants with an emphasis on service and efficiency. All of our managers work both front and back of house - we are leaders on the floor that are engaged in operations with enthusiasm.
We offer competitive base salaries up to 55,000 doe.
We offer additional compensation based on cash flow - our GM's earn $3500 - $7500/year.
We have a bonus plan that maxes out at an additional $2500/year.
Our managers begin accruing vacation at a rate of 3 weeks/year.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience as a General Manager, experience managing P and L, a history of developing people, a passion for serving quality product, a desire to create memorable experiences for guests, and an understanding that integrity comes first.
