DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare pizza dough, including portioning and rolling pizza dough.
2. Be familiar with different aspects of pizza dough process.
3. Be able to work nights and weekends
4. Able to execute recipes accurately
5. Ability to work with a deck pizza oven.
6. Cook pizza to order to ensure all are as fresh as possible.
7. Report to management about any issues or questions you may have.
8. Comply with standard of dress and hygiene as per Tennessee State Laws
9. Able to work according to safety standards in regard to ovens, stoves, meat slicers and any equipment used in food preparation or service.
10. Professional appearance and demeanor in an open kitchen
11. Maintain all work areas and storage areas clean and sanitized.
