Tommy Trent's Sports Saloon is looking for people to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Cook and prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by Tommy Trent's
- Ensure that the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of food quality and consistency
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the head chef or restaurant manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a busy restaurant setting is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with co-workers respectfully
- Must be flexible with hours and be available to work weekends and holidays
