As our Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing, training, and managing a team of like-minded individuals who want to get the job done, you will be in charge of ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working on various home improvement projects ranging from renovations, repairs, and installations, to general maintenance. Responsibilities include Leading jobs assigned by me using your leadership talents to motivate the team assigned to the job, and teaching skills that you know. Managing your assigned crew to perform jobs, tasks, and checklist assigned to the job in a productive motivation of teaching and improving skill efficiency of the individuals assigned to the job while executing home improvement projects according to client specifications.2. Ensure that projects are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.3. Coordinate with the homeowner professionally to ensure smooth project coordination and timely delivery.4. Provide guidance, training, and support to crew members to enhance their skills and performance.5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.6. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any changes made during the construction process.7. Identify potential issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or budgets and proactively address them.8. Uphold high levels of professionalism, customer service, and communication throughout all interactions with clients.Requirements:1. Previous experience as a current handyman or home improvement contractor that works for himself, crew leader, or foreman in the home improvement industry is highly preferred.2. Extensive knowledge of various home improvement trades such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of laborers. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail for identifying issues before they become problems.6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.7. Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual communication in Spanish and English preferred. 8.
