Seeking a full-time paint booth spray technician. Ability to spray Bedliner materials as well as mix & prep, prime,
sand & finish paint is required. Pay based on experience.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanic skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive machinery
Excellent understanding of automotive parts and functions
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Have a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, such as automotive parts or tools
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise coatings of spray on bed liner
Ability to repeat the same or similar movements
Good vision, including depth perception for accurate vehicle operation.
Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail and a commitment
to excellence
Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures related to spraying
and handling chemicals

Job Summary:
The Spray-liner Technician has overall responsibility for spraying a wide range of spray-in liners on
trucks and commercial vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
Sprays truck bed liners.
Conducts pre and post quality checks to ensure proper functioning.
Customizes vehicles according to customer preferences and specifications
Maintains legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and company records, including parts used,
labor hours, and any special instructions.
Stays updated with the latest installation techniques and trends.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment by keeping the work area clean, organized, and stocked with
necessary tools and supplies.
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prepare surface
Performs routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
Follows all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Operates vehicles safely during the testing and installation process.
Measure and record various data associated with operating equipment
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective
equipment (PPE) such as respirators, gloves, and protective clothing.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material usage, equipment maintenance,
and quality checks
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, materials, or application techniques that
may affect the quality or efficiency of the spraying process
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet production
