Job Posting: Cleaner for Fast Growing Management Company
Position: Cleaner (Short-Term Rentals)
Location: Knoxville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Flexible, project-based, 1099 employment
General Hours: 11 am-5 pm, possible access to start earlier in the day if the homes are available
Income: Pay based on per home cleaning prices ranging from $35 per loft-$110 per home, opportunity to complete several homes in a day. Pay will be directly tied to your work, so you set your own potential!
Hiring for April start date, training provided before busy spring/summer season.

We are a fast growing company and will be able to provide additional work/homes for the right cleaners who consistently deliver great quality cleans.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize short-term rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hot tubs (as applicable).
Change linens, restock supplies, onsite/offsite laundering, and ensure all spaces are guest-ready.
Laundering of linens onsite/offsite between each stay.
Hot tub draining, sanitizing, and refilling between each stay.
Cleaning of outdoor areas including patios, outdoor tables, and grills.
Notify management of any damages or maintenance needs.

Requirements:
Must provide own cleaning supplies including a real mop, vacuum, and cleaning chemicals. Hot tub chemicals are provided by us along with laundry detergent and bleach
Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties
Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
This is a fast paced work environment, so organization and commitment to providing an excellent experience for guests is key
