Job Responsibilities:
Hand weeding Pruning shrubs and small trees Deadheading flowers and blooming shrubs Pest Identification Plant Identification Treating insects, disease, and weeds with pesticides Mulching Plant installation and removal Operating light machinery such as line trimmer, leaf blower, and gas-powered hedge trimmers
Qualifications:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 7 am till 3:30/4:30 pm.
- Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery used for garden maintenance.
- Must show basic knowledge of proper horticultural practices concerning pruning, weeding, planting, and mulching.
- Valid driver license
- Reliable Transportation
- Pass Drug Test
Preferred Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience in the landscape industry or similar field.
-Be able to identify common trees, shrubs, and flowers.
