Yard needs work. Trees and shrubs cut down or trimmed. Rock and tilled dirt for plants, driveway railroad timber lined, three set of steps (front yard 4 steps, back areaway small retaining wall with three steps to basement) set of wood steps replaced out side door. Need areas in yard where I want to plant dug out, fresh dirt and mulch. Will purchase fencing for to be installed for privacy sides of home and samll fenced area out side door and new porch/Steps for dog. This project should take two and a half days to complete and will to pay $3,000 for labor plus materials. At least two man job. This project is available now.
