Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring that each home is a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
Manage floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring.
Conduct carpet cleaning as required to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in homes.
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality in all tasks performed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned cleaning tasks.
Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
