Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting, and versatile Personal Assistant with experience in handyman tasks and basic automotive knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to switch from task-to-task in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing operations while utilizing handyman skills to assist with property maintenance / improvements.

Responsibilities:

Perform general handyman tasks, including but not limited to:

Basic building repairs and maintenance.

Assembling and installing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Handling minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed.

Assist with transportation and logistics:

Safely operate vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or personnel as required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Support day-to-day operations:

Assist with loading and unloading supplies, equipment, and materials.

Move, lift, and arrange items weighing up to 50 lbs as necessary.

Provide support for various tasks as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, both indoors and outside.

Utilize vehicle knowledge:

Offer expertise in basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, changing tires, and performing minor repairs.

Assist with coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while assisting in automotive R and D projects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in handyman work, maintenance, or related field preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs safely.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - comfortable using Email and text message to communicate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
