Short-Term Rental Housekeeper / Cleaning Crew Needed – Townsend, TN
We’re looking for a reliable 2-person cleaning team to maintain a high-end short-term rental Log Home in Townsend, TN. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right crew who takes pride in detailed, 5-star work.
Property Details:
5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms
Hot tub (must be drained & refilled after each turnover)
High guest expectations – maintaining a 5-star rating is critical
Job Details:
Cleaning time: approx. 2.5–3 hours with 2 people
Pay: $300 per clean
Two washers & two dryers on site for linens and towels
All cleaning supplies provided
Turnover cleans between guest stays (could be any day of the week)
What We’re Looking For:
Prefer an established 2-person crew (important in case one person is unavailable)
Experience with short-term rentals or vacation cabins
Detail-oriented, dependable, and consistent
Able to follow a checklist and communicate clearly
Pride in your work — this is not a “rush job” clean
