Store Manager Retail Appliances
Guaranteed Appliance has an immediate opening for a seasoned store manager. We are a regional leader in refurbished and scratch and dent appliances and have a great opportunity for the right person. We are looking for a self-starter, motivated, customer oriented, and team driven individual for our new Sevierville location.
Prior retail experience in a management capacity along with the ability to recruit, hire, train and motivate a small staff is required. This position consists of managing a 4000 Sq. Ft. store, managing and pricing inventory, marketing, sales, customer service, store appearance and more. This is a full-time position with the chance for advancement. We need a take charge manager that will take full responsibility for store operations and profitability.
Compensation consists of a weekly draw plus monthly bonus. Our stores have a consistent track record of performance so the manager should be able to grow sales and revenue quickly. Depending on performance, compensation package should be in the 50K plus range. We are looking for a true sales and management professional. Paid vacation and holidays included. Must be drug and alcohol free and be able to pass a drug test.
