Position Requirements:
Professional appearance and attitude
High school diploma/GED
Possess a valid drivers license
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Physical constraints of job: lift a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Willing to work flexible hours and travel locally and out of state when necessary
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
$500 Sign on bonus - after 3 months of positive work performance
