We offer engineering and manufacturing services, including tooling, components, and custom engineered mechanical equipment, to the Aerospace, Defense, Energy, and Commercial markets. We have an immediate opening for the following position:

Entry Level Engineer

We are searching for an engineer with a great attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for building equipment; someone who enjoys a manufacturing challenge, and thrives in a lively environment. The individual may be asked to take a tooling concept from the sketch on the back of an envelope to realization; advance the application of additive manufacturing technology; or improve processes that directly improve quality, productivity, and profitability.

The engineer will:

• Develop tooling and fabrication drawings using 2-D and 3-D solid modeling CAD software

• Participate in the development of manufacturing plans, processes, and procedures

• Apply codes and standards to design efforts and to the qualification of processes, procedures, and personnel

• Work with manufacturing and quality to improve processes, productivity, and profitability

Proficiencies:

The individual should be proficient with 2-D and solid modeling CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Solid Works, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Project.

Education:

BS Engineering

Background:

The individual should desire to work in manufacturing and apply emerging technologies to fabricate equipment such as:

• Precision tooling for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter,

• Flight hardware for the Apache Helicopter and the International Space System,

• Ground support equipment for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program,

• Target Modules and Instruments for the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS),

• Vessels for the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR), or

• Vacuum Manifolds for the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF).
